Dimensions of usability

  1. technical dimension (guidelines such as not using frames or all
    of Nielsen’s usability guidelines)
  2. visual dimension
  3. usability issues are communication issues (hence: you cannot
    ‘solve’ usability only by looking at the engeneering side of
    things?!)
